I loved this bag at first. It held all my essentials and my pump without issue. My issue is that the elastic is already getting distorted and looks frayed where it connects to the bag after about a week of wearing it.
Update:
Customer service is top notch. She reached out to me and sent me a new bag. Also getting photos of my original bag to see what could have happen. This bag has not had any issues. It's survived Dollywood, hiking, and everyday life.
